Our Services

Discovering your goals

In the 401(k) Discovery meeting, we will cover seven different areas of your company: fiduciary governance, plan design, fee structure, investment process, participant support, and provider management. With a typical advisor-managed plan, we often find the conversation around 401(k)s stops at investment options and price. We take our understanding far beyond that. We will talk about where your business is today and where your business is going over the next 5, 10, and 20 years so we can best align your brand with your 401(k) benefit.

Presenting your financial plan

In the 401(k) Strategy Meeting, we'll discuss what we found through our quantitative and qualitative research. We often find the financial plan is like a puzzle. Most businesses have a box of miscellaneous pieces, not knowing which ones are missing, which ones to keep, and which ones to get rid of. In this step, we will help you define what the picture on the front of the box looks like and what pieces we need to build that puzzle. Don't worry, we won't ask you to memorize everything we discuss. We will revisit the financial plan in step three before making a mutual commitment to work together.

Moving forward together

In our Mutual Commitment Meeting, we will make sure we are the right fit. We understand that as we are interviewing you, you have also been looking critically at us. We will review the information from our Strategy Meeting to land on the same page. Once we choose an action plan, we’ll sign an agreement to get the ball rolling.

Reviewing value adds

In our next meeting, approximately 45 days later, we’ll fill you in on the progress we’ve made behind the scenes on our proposed strategies from the second meeting. Our team will collaborate with your existing vendors. If the need arises, we can introduce you to new vendors to replace any inadequate providers. We will also use this as an opportunity to collect any outstanding documents and updates we need, and answer any questions you have.

We’ll keep in touch & make it happen

We’ll proactively schedule regular meetings to address business education and employee empowerment. In the background, we will coordinate with your team of advanced planning professionals and vendors to keep your 401(k) benefit aligned with your brand.

Discovering your goals

In our Discovery Meeting, we’ll talk about seven different aspects of life—values, goals, relationships, advisor relationships, interests, processes, and your assets. We know money is intertwined in every area of life, so we go in depth more than other wealth managers. After the Discovery Meeting, our team will diagnose where you are today, where you would like to be, and how to best arrive at your destination through the financial plan we create.

In our second meeting, the Strategy Review, we'll discuss what we found through our quantitative and qualitative research. We like to think of the financial plan as a puzzle. In this step, we will help you define what the picture on the front of the box looks like and what pieces we need to create that puzzle. In our next meeting, approximately 45 days later, we will confirm the team of professionals you have chosen to assist in advanced planning.
