Strategy Meeting

Creating a financial plan is akin to assembling a puzzle. Once we clearly understand your current financial pieces and the vision you have for your future (your "Why"), we can evaluate which pieces to keep, remove, or add. Our team will thoroughly review all provided documents and notes to prepare for this meeting. During the Strategy Meeting, we will present any gaps, potential enhancements, and our tailored recommendations to build your financial puzzle.

Mutual Commitment Meeting

In this meeting, we ensure a mutual fit. We recognize that while we are evaluating your needs, you are also assessing our services. We will review the insights from our Strategy Meeting to confirm alignment. Once we agree on a course of action, we will formalize our partnership by signing an agreement to move forward.

After consolidating your assets with our custodian, LPL Financial, we will discuss the investment strategies that best support your goals. We will review all associated costs, including advisor fees, platform costs, and internal expense ratios. This meeting ensures transparency and alignment with your financial objectives.

John Bowen, founder of CEG Consulting and a Silicon Valley native, stated, “A.I. will not replace Wealth Managers. Wealth Managers using A.I. will replace Wealth Managers.” In this meeting, we will introduce you to our app, website, and other technological resources. This session ensures you are comfortable and familiar with the tools that will help manage your finances effectively.

Regular Process Meetings

Studies show that lack of proactive communication is a primary reason clients leave their advisors. We prioritize proactive planning and regular communication. We schedule quarterly meetings in March, June, October, and December to review your progress, address any changes, and ensure your financial plan remains on track.
